Beta Privacy Policy

The VHF14 controller’s legal identity and address will be inserted before the public beta opens. Privacy enquiries may be sent to contact@vhf14.com once activated.

2. Data processed

We process account identifiers, professional role and organisation, monitored vessels and ports, submitted reports, moderation decisions, security logs and support communications.

3. Purposes

Data is used to operate accounts, attribute reports privately, verify operational information, prevent abuse, protect the service and respond to enquiries.

4. Contributor identity

Contributor identity is not displayed on public timelines. Access is restricted to verification, security and legal needs. Organisational attribution requires express authorisation.

5. Retention and rights

Information is retained only as required for the beta, audit integrity, security and applicable legal obligations. Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

6. Cookies
